Deep clean season

what have we been up to?

It is fair to say that January is the quietest time of the year for our holiday homes. It is the perfect time however to not only perform a deep clean but also assess the whole property and make improvements as well as any essential maintenance to make sure the property is in tip top condition, ready for the season ahead.

What is involved?

It’s a chance for us to move every piece of furniture and clean every surface from ceiling to floor and every item. If needed we will also perform a deep clean of the oven. If planned maintenance/decorating and/or any new furniture is due then we co-ordinate the works to occur prior to the cleaning process.

How much does a deep clean cost?

Deep clean costs are set at double the changeover clean price with supplementary costs added if needed (eg deep clean oven, soft furnishing laundering) which are discussed and agreed with the owner first.

Is it too late to book a deep clean?

We think January and February are the best months for a deep clean as it gets the property in a fit state for the busy season ahead. However, if your property needs a deep clean and it is outside of these months then please do still get in contact and we will do our best to accommodate you.
